Day 1 - Sigiriya

Welcome to Sri Lanka! Your journey begins with a pick-up from your residential address or designated location in Negombo. We will head to the ancient rock fortress of Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The climb up the Sigiriya Rock offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and the remnants of a historical palace. As the sun sets, we’ll descend and head to a luxurious hotel in Sigiriya, where you can relax and unwind. Treat yourself to a rejuvenating massage to ease any tiredness from the day’s adventures.

Day 2 - Anuradhapura

Today, we’ll journey to the sacred city of Anuradhapura, an ancient capital of Sri Lanka. Along the way, we’ll pass by serene lakes and beautiful landscapes. In Anuradhapura, we’ll explore some of the most historic places, including the renowned Sri Maha Bodhi Tree, the oldest historically authenticated tree in the world. Visit ancient stupas, temples, and marvel at the Aukana Buddha statue. After a day filled with historical wonders, we’ll return to your accommodation to rest and relax.

Day 3 - Polonnaruwa

Our next stop is Polonnaruwa, another UNESCO World Heritage site and an ancient city with well-preserved ruins. The highlight of the visit is the Gal Vihara, a rock temple featuring impressive Buddha statues carved into the granite. Explore the archaeological treasures, including ancient structures and temples, which offer a glimpse into Sri Lanka’s rich history. After the visit, you can choose to either drive back to your hotel in Minneriya or opt for an overnight stay in Polonnaruwa.

Day 4 - Kandy

Today, we’ll head to Habarana, where you can enjoy an exciting wildlife safari. Embark on a thrilling safari tour in the Habarana Jungle, where you’ll have the opportunity to spot various wildlife species in their natural habitat, including elephants, leopards, and exotic birds. After the safari, we’ll continue our journey to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka, and check into a comfortable hotel for a relaxing evening.

Day 5 - Kandy

The morning is dedicated to a visit to the renowned Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Dalada Maligawa). We’ll conclude the day in Negombo, a coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and vibrant local culture. Relax and unwind by the sea, taking in the peaceful ambiance.
